The Medicine Wheel
Based on the energy medicine teachings of the Q'ero Andean shamans of Peru, this transformational 4-day workshop set over 4 weeks in June, guides you through the four directions of the Medicine Wheel.
 
Through powerful archetypes, you will learn how to heal your past stories, reclaim your power in the present moment, and reconnect with your authentic self.
 
Journey through the Four Directions  South – Serpent Shed the past and reconnect with the divine feminine.  West – Jaguar Transform fears and release limiting beliefs.  North – Hummingbird Reconnect with beauty and discover your soul purpose.  East – Eagle Raise your vibration and step into your new vision.
 
During the workshop you will also create your own mini Mesa – a portable altar that holds your personal medicine for ongoing healing and transformation. Each session includes guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, reflection, and sharing. The journey concludes with a sand painting ritual and cacao fire ceremony. Step onto the Medicine Wheel and rediscover your authentic self.
