''Beginning your own healing journey is coming back home to yourself.''
Holistic therapy addresses the root cause of disease rather than treating the symptoms.
We all have our past stories that have led us to where we are now and we all have our own unique journey in life.
Treating the individual as a whole being is at the heart of the holistic health therapies that I offer here.
We are multi-layered beings that require a multi-layered approach to support us in reaching optimal states of health and wellbeing.
With help and guidance, we can begin to take responsibility, become empowered and really change from a limited version of
ourselves into a version of unlimited potential. I really like the following prayer as I feel it sums up how, in the end, it's the individual
who becomes empowered to remember that they are their own greatest healer.
The Medicine Woman's Prayer
” I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you. For you are not broken.
I will not heal you. For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.”

I chose the caduceus symbol for my logo as I feel that it represents the powerful transformation that begins once we embark on a healing journey.
'In Yoga, the caduceus represents the transformation of spiritual consciousness through the vehicles of the body’s pranic energy system.
The wand is the spine, and the serpents are the kundalini force, or serpent power, which resides in the earth and at the base of the spine.
When stimulated either through spiritual study or sometimes emotional shock, the kundalini entwines up the spine and flowers with wings
at the top of the head. The wings signify the rise of the consciousness through higher planes of awareness.'
